It says it allows:
asf/asx/mpg/mpeg/wmv/swf/avi/mov
But I haven't tested any. If its more than 5MB, which it probably is it wont be allowed. I'd recommend inserting a link to the video in the uploaded pic text description box. If there is no uploaded pic I can disable the upload limit file size temporarily, and speak to the host about upgrading webspace etc.

You can get plugins to allow video to be played directly in the bbphp. Might be a cool option to look into?
