We couldn't obtain a direct replacement, so I used an old Samsung ML1610 which happens to fit. Had a little issue puttting the printer drivers on but managed it.

Also had to make a bracket to extend the printer tray underneath to stop it moving about, but on the whole this works well....

Hate the printer bracket/tray with the henson. I keep the printer on a desk, and use a usb extension lead under the henson and just plug and unplug as necessary. Most basic printers should be compatible I would have thought.

We had real issues getting a printer. Ended up using a USB and saving as pdf, then printing out on another printer. Our Henson has now packed in

We use a basic Epson, not the one that came with the Henson.

I wasn't too sure what printer to buy with it thats compatible with XP?

Its developed a fault too.

Does anyone know why it keeps resetting?

Can't help there. Screen went on ours, had to fit external monitor.
