Section for open cost price discussions

I have always felt that with so many practice owners on board, we should have some section, locked to the general public, and only accessible to verified practice owners etc where we could discuss matters openly including mention of cost price without having to limit this to pm. wonder what others think of this idea? Wonder if it is even possible to limit it in such a way?
