image upload test

Just testing image upload. For those interested in the image itself, it is an experimental artwork using lines only, and every line goes right through the image.

Why don't I see the image. All I'm getting is a line of text . I have tried a space after the square close bracket, and that way it converts the URL into a clickable link. How do I get it to display the image in my message?

Excellent. Thanks.

One more question. Is image size dependant upon what was uploaded at source, or is there a way of re-sizing it smaller for this forum?

Image size is dependent on the original.

You can get plugins for phpBB forums which allow you to reformat the image after posting but theoptom.com doesn't have them installed.

No, it is a time and motion study of a typical NHS hospital's folk movements.

Agreed. Once you shrink the image for a complete view it is rather interestingly good.

Indeed.

If you squint at it or use fingers for a large pinhole the higher order factors are toned down and the image is more life like. There is a thread on this subject, posted a few months back only.
