21 year old healthy female contact lens wearer has become aware of lump under right lid over the last 3 months. She thinks it has enlarged slightly since it was first noticed. There has been no pain or discharge and the lesion has not bled.
Slit lamp examination reveals a small (3mm horiz x 2mm vert) papilloma in the inferior fornix (see attached pic). There are around 5 discrete finger-like lobes with a thread-like vascular core. There is an obvious feeder vessel but no pigment o
