Are we any further forward on this ignore function?

Did anyone else get a PM with the title "Locum" from this new member, then it disappeared as soon as you opened it?

Would it be possible to have an "ignore list"? When someone posts, their post justs comes up as "ignore" if they are on your "ignore list"? Curerently my ignore list would have 1 person on it.....

I would like this function.
