Practice equipment, fixtures and fittings

Post by lad_from_leeds » Wed May 15, 2019 2:07 pm

Having sold one of our practices we are selling the spare/older/redundant equipment we have no use for at our other practices plus all of our fixtures and fittings. All must be collected from Leeds by end of August at latest. All has been tested and described as accurately as poss. We have been testing with most of this for the last couple of weeks whilst we begin clearing out and it's been working well. Will be listing on Optical Marketplace and eBay before too long so swoop early for a bargain.

Equipment

Pulsair 3000 - Works well and keeps in line with our Goldmann, sometimes takes a while to fire and slight damage to plastic hosing at one end. - £350

Fincham Sutcliffe, Automated Bjerrum screen - Never used whilst I've been practicing but still in perfect working order. Looks great as a wall piece and can always be that last line back up. - £50

Snellen lightbox - Custom made red surround with Snellen from 6/60 to 6/5, Duochrome, Spotlight and now defunct block and fan - could possibly be repaired. Another one that's probably more worth as a wall hanging/conversation piece but still usable for testing - £150

Full trial set - old Rayner's set in nice wooden surround - £150

Oculus trial frame - blue rubber bits could do with replacing but otherwise decent nick - £150

Nice quality LM-350 Magnon focimeter £200

Displays

9 lockable pine displays. Cool curved appearance with funky orange backing, space for promotion and 30 frames. Well made, heavy duty. 2 additional displays requiring light repair/used for spares. All 11 (space for 330 frames) - £800 SSTC

4 free standing metal frame bars, hold 18 frames each, 2 with mirrors attached to top - £100

10 x Metal filing drawers (postcard size). Dark green, probably antique if you're that way inclined £100 the lot

6 x Metal filing drawers (postcard size). Light grey. Been in better nick - £40

Seating

Black leather and chrome test chair. Hydraulic foot pump to raise/lower with slight damage at shoulder. £70

4 x good quality waiting area chairs in charcoal fabric. £100

1 x basic spinny office chair in charcoal - £20

1x Ikea black spinny chair - £50

If someone wants to make my life easy and swoop in for the remaining stuff £2000 will do it. At this I'd throw in an untested fundus camera and even help you load it up... Plus take the kettle, phone, fans and heaters if you like. If someone is so inclined they could probably then separate and flip it all for a reasonable profit - no skin off my nose.

have started putting a load of stuff on eBay at cheap as chips prices... Have a butchers, old but usable kit which would make great decorative pieces, spares or functional kit and some decent fixtures and fittings.

Click here for bargains! More coming soon so keep checking

Should add that any purchase comes with the added bonus of meeting me... That must be worth a few quid on its own
