- I must say that this site is friendlier than Monoptica and its is really good. Monoptica and now the new official site are elitest to some degree - and while informative - very off putting. This site is great - and its nice to see old names back - lovely to see everyone again.

I agree with you totally! This site is FAR more friendlier...I've done more posts in a week on here than I did the whole time on Monoptica!

Have recently come across this site and I think its excellent. Have given details to all trainee DO's at the practices I work and also to Do/ CL fitter.

I loved Monoptica and was gutted when it was replaced with the awful college site, so was chuffed to bits to discover this one (yes, I do live a sad sheltered life!!)

It's much friendlier than the other sites, and having OOs and DOs on board together is great!!!!

Still find it scary how knowledgable on all topics some of you guys seem!!!!!
