I assume consumers browse these forums.
Maybe we could have a forum where we offer them advice.
Simple things like the benefits of not owning just one pair of glasses, a rimless, then demanding urgency when they break them. The 'only being able to afford one pair' argument falls on its arse when its a D&G with Panamic Transitions in it.
And maybe how to clean a pair of glasses prior to handing them in for reglaze.
etc..etc..
