There is a mod out there, but its old and feedback is limited.

It would be much easier to try the simpler alternative of not reading member posts.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented, false, destructive, spam or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed).
Suppose there was a member who many of us believe to have broken these rules on numerous occasions, and that hypothetical member had not been banned...
should we assume that
a) the admin was not aware of the violations
b) that they were not considered sufficiently serious to warrant a ban
or
c) that the hypothetical poster was the Admin's brother?

Or - we could just have a brawling thread, where we can give a certain member a good kicking, without spoiling a useful thread and where Streaky and 3rd Eye can get lurved up :D

I don't want an Ignore bin for a suspect I think is common-to-all -
I want global co-ordinates for a missile strike...

Could you not use an IP address as a basis for coordinates? Or am I over estimating the current state of technology (probably as a result of over indulging in Sci-fi)?

Nice try - too imprecise, => too much co-lateral damage.
IP addresses vary through a small range of (last) numbers given ad hoc per visit.

I doubt if they would be so very specific geographical-wise.

We could start a thread called "let's all play with google earth"? Or is that unsubtle? I can never tell if I am being unsubtle :)
