Is there an issue with password reset? I have a colleague who has an account and is trying to get into it but doesn't get any email through after filling in the reset page - he says he's confirmed it's the right email address as he can bring up admin messages...
Cheers....Iv told him to use a password manager as I could never store more than 3 passwords in my head at once.
