Was really pleased to find this site. Like the idea of a non biased site treating all equally.

Good to get some outside opinions and ideas as I'm feeling like I live in a very reduced world at the moment. Also feel the college site can't quite deliver. Perhaps been reading 1984 too often..

Be good if everyone in optics could pull together before the profession gets pushed down any further. We work hard for this - don't let us be undermined - the dentists didn't. Other professions certainly don't..(there endeth my monologue)

Brilliant site

I always enjoyed reading posts on monoptica and appreciated the easy access. Was disappaointed to learn that it no longer existe but this has been very short lived( total duration 15/20 mins) as I got the address to this from the new college website.

By the way I am not a college member for practical reasons.

I am very interesed in finding out who set this site up
