When I click a link from my email, I have to log on every time (even though I tick the “stay logged on” box. Why is this ?

Not sure. Do you mean you click on the email link in a new browser session? Also, is this a new problem since the change in server?

There could be an admin setting I could change on my end but not sure what. If anyone does let me know.

I tend to use my iPhone - recently every time I access the site I have to log in again - even if I have ticked “stay logged in”.

I've a tablet that makes me log in every time, phone logs in automatically. Both Android.

Must be a cookie or something that needs clearing, no idea how to remove a specific cookie though.

I recall this issue may have come up before and needed a cookie/cache delete/refresh. In Chrome it's fairly easy to delete one cookie only. Settings ---> advanced ---> site settings ---> cookies ---> see all cookies and site data ---> (type "theoptom") then select and delete cookie

It could be you are logged in at the same time on more than one device. If not, then I'm not sure. You might need to try a process of elimination to find out what the cause is then let us know.

Not logged onto two devices.

I may have solved it now:

Logged out, then logged in again ensuring I put in my username and password manually rather than using finger recognition etc - seems OK now.
