Lid problem? 2nd picture. Superior lid

40 yr old female px concerned about recent onset of lid lump.
Dx as chalazia by nurse @ GP surgery. Slit lamp reveal hard lumpy mass - most probably chalazia but not the typical presentation.
What do you think it might be? Px is a concerned asymptomatic- management? To refer or not to refer.
Px wants ideally referral.
